We are looking for a man with a heart for the gospel and a heart for youth. While education, experience, and qualities like age and marital status will be considered, our priority is finding the right man regardless of his situation or season in life. We are a church that seeks to invest in and nurture a passion for ministry in God’s kingdom with those we have the privilege of serving alongside. 

Our congregation averages about 125 in attendance with a healthy mix of age ranges and demographics. We are especially blessed with younger children at the moment and are looking for a candidate who can work with teens, but also pour into younger kids laying the groundwork for future youth groups as well. We have strong ties to Camp Deer Run and participate in the North East Texas Summer Youth Series (NETSYS) events. As the only Church of Christ in Winnsboro, we also participate in activities with the community and the various Christian denominations in town as well.

Winnsboro is a small town with a 3A school in the heart of the “Piney Woods” of East Texas. We are located 2 hours east of Dallas between I-20 and I-30. Close to both Lake Fork and Lake Cyprus Springs/Bob Sandlin, our area appeals to avid outdoorsmen. We also have a bustling arts district with many events throughout the year and lots of small town charm.
